The purpose of data collection

The collection of personal data is done exclusively via the SUPERGEL website. It serves us to; process and analyze useful information to improve your navigation on our website. We also use them for sending Newsletters and e-mailing.

The files or processing generated are based on a legal basis provided for by the General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR), namely consent via a checkbox on the various forms on the Website. For all new visitors, a banner in the form of a pop-up is provided at the bottom of each page of the website. It allows site user to manage cookies that collect personal browsing data.

We applied; the principle of minimization which consists in collect only data that contributes to facilitate your navigation on the website and to send you informaton by e-mail. For the quote and contact form, the personal data collected are:

The data retention period

Your data is stored on a secure digital base register. whose web server is located in the European Union. This duration is fixed at 3 years maximum if you remain inactive.

The deletion will be done automatically via our internal personal data management software. These deleted data will be stored in a digital archiving database which allows us to justify their deletion in the event of control by CNIL.

Every 13 months From your acceptance or your refusal for the processing of cookies, the banners at the bottom of the page reappear during your visit to our website to ask you again for your consent.

If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to delete, modify and access your personal data. We have planned a delay of 1 month to complete. 3 months to process your request. A contact form is dedicated for rights processing.

The data is only processed internally within the company SUPERGEL located in Gabon. They are accessible in a secure connection via a username and password. Logging of accesses makes it possible to record all users of our software who have consulted the personal data that is stored.
